Background

From the cool climate Casablanca valley, one of Chile's most renowned vineyard areas. Santa Emiliana, the largest organic vineyard owner in South America has also won "Winery of the Year" and countless international awards for their pioneering winemaking.

Tasting notes

Fine bubbles. Fresh floral and Hints of pineapple and apricot with a biscuity palate.

Winemaking

Hand picked grapes, temperature-controlled vinification followed by secondary fermentation in the bottle, the same method as in Champagne. Minimum 6 months lees contact before disgorging.
